Church & Nonprofit Ministry Assessment & Revitalization That Actually Solves the Problem
If you’re tired of talking about it… and ready to fix it, let's connect.
Most struggling churches and nonprofits aren’t failing because they lack heart. They’re stuck because no one has clearly diagnosed what’s actually wrong… or had the courage to say it out loud.
REAL TALK - ABOUT - REAL ISSUES
You don’t need another generic strategy session. You need clarity on what’s really going on… and a way forward that works.
Most organizations don’t need more ideas. They need clarity on what’s not working. A strategy that can be executed. Leadership and congregation alignment is the difference between staying stuck… and moving forward.

WHAT MAKES WORKING WITH ME DIFFERENT?
This isn’t theoretical consulting. It's built on over 40 years of...
-
Leading churches through growth and transition
-
Scaling nonprofits from small budgets to sustainable funding
-
Navigating conflict, crisis, and organizational breakdown
-
Building partnerships between churches, communities, and agencies
You won’t get vague advice. You’ll get clear direction, honest insight, and a plan that works.
IN REAL LIFE
You’ve adjusted. You’ve added online options. And still… the room isn’t what it used to be. It isn’t about chasing attendance. It’s about restoring connection that leads to commitment.
You’re seeing:
-
Inconsistent attendance
-
Lower engagement
-
People “connected” digitally but not truly involved
-
A core group carrying more weight than ever
What no one likes to say out loud...
Some people aren’t coming back. And the model that once worked may not work the same way again.
What’s really happening? Your ministry rhythm, communication, and engagement strategy haven’t fully adapted to how people now live, decide, and commit.
What can I do for you? Help you rebuild a model that actually engages people where they are now, not where they used to be.
That means:
-
Clarifying what makes gathering in person meaningful again.
-
Strengthening connection pathways beyond Sunday.
-
Aligning your message, outreach, and structure to rebuild real engagement.
TRANSITIONING
Something is changing. You've tried to adapt and help things go smooth.
-
Maybe it’s a leadership handoff.
-
Maybe your mission lost its way.
-
Maybe what worked before just… doesn’t fit anymore.
And underneath it all is a quiet question, “Are we still doing what we’re actually called to do?”
What no one likes to say out loud...
Transitions often expose misalignment that’s been there longer than anyone wants to admit.
What’s really happening? Your organization is in a defining season, and without clarity, it can drift instead of move forward with purpose.
What can I do for you? Bring structure and clarity to the transition so you don’t lose momentum or identity.
That includes:
-
Re-grounding your mission in what is true and essential.
-
Aligning leadership and congregational roles, expectations, and direction.
-
Building a clear, unified path forward that your team can actually execute.
Transition handled poorly creates confusion. It breaks trust and derails a hopeful future. Although, handled well, it becomes a season of hope and flourishing.
CRISIS
No one plans for it. But when it hits, it changes everything. Trust is shaken and pointing fingers never helps.
-
A scandal.
-
A major financial loss.
-
A leadership failure.
An unexpected event that shakes trust.
And now you’re leading while trying to hold things together.
What no one likes to say out loud...
The wrong response in this moment can do more damage than the crisis itself.
What’s really happening? You’re in a high-stakes leadership moment where clarity, communication, and decision-making matter more than ever.
What can I do for you? Step in with calm, experienced guidance to stabilize the situation and move you forward with integrity.
That means:
-
Helping you respond with clarity instead of reaction
-
Rebuilding trust internally and externally
-
Establishing a practical path forward that protects the mission
Crisis doesn’t have to be the end of your organization or your career.
Handled correctly, it can become the turning point that restores it. The healing journey can be the miracle.

Let's Connect
If you'd prefer me to text, just note that in the message.
VISITING MINISTER | INTERIM PASTOR
Working with 120+ churches over the years, I've built a network of pastor friends—who I've been honored to offer support as a visiting pastor.
If this is something you would like to explore, I would love to have that conversation. My fees are very affordable and are different than my consulting rates, so please don't heisitate to reach out. I'd love to serve together.
My passion is to use the Scriptures and my journey to encourage believers and help them navigate the challenges of their faith walk with Jesus, becoming more fulfilled in their calling to Christ and the Church.
PASTORAL SUPPORT & COACHING
I've been on the pastoral journey 45+ years and understand the weight of ministry on a pastors and their families. Part of my calling is to leverage my experience for the benefit of those who are called to lead in God's Kingdom—here on earth, as it is in Heaven. It gives me great pleasure to help lighten the load... as leaders rediscover their joy of serving their family, Church, and faith community.
We who have walked the journey of being a pastor, understand the challenges, triumphs, and pains that come with being a leader in the Church. Our calling is strong, but often hard to navigate as we try to manage work/life balance while shepherding a business that is primarily run with volunteers—who come with their own issues. Sometimes issues directly related to "church hurt."
There's no reason to walk this journey alone, but you do have to be wise who you choose to confide in. This is what I offer. Confidential, unbiased wisdom that can help you stay the course.
