(2016–2026): Served as Partnerships Director, bridging the gap between secular agencies, government, and 120+ churches to mitigate poverty and tackle homelessness.
(2001–2010): As Managing Director of Field Services, he oversaw 63 employees and a $7.8 million budget, growing, by God’s grace, a fledgling nine field offices to sixty field offices, affiliates, and associates.
As grant director, increased grant income by half a
million dollars.
A sustainable development non-profit, recognized by Vice President Al Gore for his work in sustainable development and received the "Founder of A New Northwest" award.
Managed a $12M budget and 101 staff; authored county land-use legislation and a dunes management plan, served in a quasi-judicial role for land use appeals.
Church planter and senior pastor. Centerpoint Church, Simi Valley, CA. Valley Christian Center, Cave Junction, Oregon. Developed, by God's grace, a rural congregation, Ilwaco Community Church (now Pacific Bible Church), from a small home bible study to the largest evangelical church in the community.
